Formulating defoamers for over 25 years, Bob's skills have continually been refined in response to the needs of the Kraft Industry. Analyzing a situation and satisfying specific criteria require creative solutions. Bob's creativity enables Performance Process Inc. to meet the customers' strict specifications to formulate peak performing defoamers on whom they can rely for consistency and dependability.

Bob has developed innovative oil-free, amide-free defoamers that have made Performance Process a leader in the defoaming industry. Furthermore, his formulations are the most cost-effective defoamers available. Customers' demands are the catalyst in his reinventing the very nature of defoaming agents. As a result of his intense research and development, Performance Process has a line of unique products easily adapted to meet the clients' needs.

In addition to his other responsibilities, Bob oversees Research and Development, Quality Control, and Product Development. Overseeing day to day operations, he offers a unique brand of quiet leadership. He is at the facility every day, surveying the operation, making sure that the facility is running efficiently and that our products are getting out the door on time as promised. Bob's close attention to detail has carved out a niche for Performance Process Inc.-just like a true entrepreneur.
