Jack Schuiteman - Vice-President

Founding member. Jack Schuiteman, is really a "man of the people". As the on-site technical advisor, he is responsible for training and trouble shooting. His in-depth knowledge and experience in production make him an ideal leader. Whether dealing with a corporate executive or the guy on the production line, Jack is able to communicate important details with the greatest of ease. This two-way communication smoothly coordinates the various facets of production.

Jack has been involved in the Kraft industry for over 30 years. When he says he started at the ground level of the industry, he's not kidding. Beginning his career in the log piles, he's held virtually every possible position in a Kraft mill, ranging from washer operator to production manager and everything in between.

He has the practical hands-on experience and application expertise critical to smooth production. Jack is committed to making sure our defoamers are performing as promised. Finely tuned listening skills allow him to offer personalized counseling. His no nonsense approaches and desires for success are the backbone of our technical expertise. He is the guy to count on to solve any operational problem on site-that's Jack.

He feels quality service to our customers requires involvement with the people in production. By speaking their language and staying in touch with their concerns and issues. Jack has built a great rapport. He makes every effort to teach, mentor and communicate with everyone, making sure they understand exactly what is going on at every stage of production. He inspires and encourages employees to learn more-to better themselves as technicians, as well as embrace continually changing technology.
